Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all baking goods
• Ability to bake and decorate buttercream cakes and cupcakes
• Ensure all product quality align with company standards
• Maintain workplace clean and tidy at all times.
• Experience in buttercream cake is required
• Experience in multi-tier cakes preferred

Requirements :

• All Levels. Related work experience is an advantage.
• Artistic and passionate in baking and sugar arts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English

CAKE DECORATOR - FONDANT
Full Time/Part Time

Location: Kwun Tong

Responsibilities:

• Ability to do fondant cakes, fondant decorations and all fondant related works, execute cake designs according to request.
• Ability to make 3D figurines, animals, simple sugar flowers etc.
• Maintain workplace clean and tidy at all times.
• Good knowledge and experience in fondant is required
• Experience with multi-tier cakes and/or sculpture cakes preferred.

Requirements :

• 2 years related work experience.
• Artistic and passionate in baking and sugar arts.
• Attention to details. A hardworking, self-motivated and creative team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong

SHOP ASSISTANT
Full Time/Part Time

Location: Causeway Bay

Responsibilities:

• Daily operation issues including selling food products, food preparation and display, customer orderings, operating the cash register, opening and closing etc.
• Provide excellent customer service and shopping experience to customers.
• Assist & support to retail store marketing and promotion programs.
• Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness standard of the shop.

Requirements:

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English,
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
• Excellent communication, customer service and selling skills, responsible, proactive and good team player.
• Relevant working experience preferred but not necessary.
